Project Summary:

Masterplanning studies were provided to organize the 35-acre site and determine locations for future buildings while optimizing the existing site features for Applied Materials.

The project was designed as a design/build contract by Graeber-Hathaway, Inc., a joint venture of Graeber, Simmons & Cowan, Inc. and E.A. Hathaway & Co., General Contractors. The services of Graeber-Hathaway included masterplanning, programming, estimating, design and project management of all building and site elements as well as construction services and fit-up coordination.
